I acknowledge and agree to the following:
- The band has a preset song list and will perform what is within their current repertoire.
- I understand that the band will do their best to accommodate styles and preferences but ultimately have a curated list of songs that are played on the day.
- Full payment is to be made no later than 7 days before the event date.
- I understand that in rare instances, due to sickness or circumstances, a performer/s may be unavailable on the wedding date. A2Z will offer a replacement but will not be held liable for any emergency cancellations. (Depending on certain variables, a refund of the deposit may or may not apply, depending on any initial outlay of time/resources. This is at the discretion of A2Z Live Entertainment)
- Any damage caused to equipment by guests of the event will be compensated for.
